Display Rules allows you to customize the display of certain values within your tables based on rules that you assign. With display rules, you can add formatting rules to your tables based on record values. For example, we can set a rule to display the text in red with an exclamation mark whenever the record is past due and not marked as completed.
To assign a display rule to your table, start by adding or editing any table on your page. See image below.
Next, hover over the column you wish to add a rule to and select the pencil icon to edit it. See image below.
In the new pop up window, click on Display Rules and press Add New Rule. See image below.
Add the rule based on your conditions. In this example, we want anything that is not completed to be bold, red, and with an exclamation mark icon.
